Arunma Oteh
Arunma Oteh joined the King’s Trust International Board of Trustees in 2022. She is an Executive in Residence and member of the Global Leadership Council of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Arunma is also Chairperson of the Royal African Society as well as that of a U.K. Asset Manager. She is a top financial services executive with experience operating at the highest levels of major multilateral agencies, global financial and government institutions, as well as both for-profit and non-profit organisations. She has previously served at the World Bank as Vice President and Treasurer, as well as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria, and Group Vice President, Corporate Services and Group Treasurer of the Africa Development Bank. She has also served on the World Economic Forum Agenda Councils including one on Institutional Governance, and the Africa Advisory Council for World Women’s Banking. She has received several awards, including Nigeria’s Officer of the Order of Niger (OON) National Honour. In 2020, Arunma was named in the Powerlist top 100 people of Black Heritage in the UK and in Forbes Africa’s 50 most powerful African women.
