Enterprise Challenge
Asante Africa Foundation
the King’s Trust International have partnered with Asante Africa Foundation since 2019 to deliver the Enterprise Challenge programme, including the ‘Pop-Up’ business simulation game to young people in secondary schools across rural Kenya.
Asante Africa Foundation is a registered NGO, working across East Africa in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. As well as their Leadership and Entrepreneurship Incubator (LEI) Clubs, they run their Girls Advancement Programme, which supports girls with health, hygiene, finance, business and social skills so they can complete secondary and university education. They also deliver the Accelerated Learning in the Classroom Programme, which provides teacher training, low-cost digital resources, and learner centred materials to schools across East Africa.

HEART Trust NTA
The Prince’s Trust International + HEART NSTA Trust collaboration is aimed at supporting young Jamaicans into sustainable employment.
The partnership began in July 2019 and has expanded to 6 HEART NSTA Trust Regions, delivering ‘Get Hired’ to young people across the island.

Greece has one of the highest youth unemployment rates in Europe, and with small to medium enterprises being the backbone of the Greek economy, starting your own business is often a viable alternative to employment for many young people..
The Enterprise programme is for young people with a business idea that they would like to explore and consists of a four-day course, up to 12 months of mentoring and a business launch panel.

Knowl Social Enterprise
In Greece, young people still face some of the highest unemployment rates in Europe.
Our trusted delivery partners Knowl Social Enterprise have supported several cohorts of young people in completing employability skills, interview techniques and on-the-job training in collaboration with dedicated employer partners, including, Vodafone, AB Supermarkets, Aegean Airlines, Teleperformance Hellas and Leroy Merlin.
Achieve Trinidad and Tobago
The National Training Agency of Trinidad and Tobago
The Achieve programme is delivered across various schools in Trinidad and Tobago. After a successful pilot in schools, the programme is also being run with a small number of young people in the National Youth Training and Employment Partnership Programme (YTEPP). Plans are in place to expand the programme to other educational institutions in 2022/23.
Teachers, trained by NTA and PTI, deliver the programme to small groups of students during their school day.
Skills for School (Achieve)
Junior Achievement Ghana
Prince’s Trust International, in partnership with Junior Achievement Africa, are working across 15 Junior High Schools in Accra, Ghana to deliver an adapted, Skills for School focused, Achieve Programme. We’ve been partnering since 2019 and have delivered several pilot iterations and full cohorts supporting over 800 young people.
Founded in 1919, Junior Achievement Worldwide is a global organisation working to inspire and prepare young people to success in the global economy. Since its inception, JA programmes have impacted more than 125 million young people around the world.
Mentoring Trinidad and Tobago
The Volunteer Center of Trinidad and Tobago
The ‘Me to We’ Mentorship Programme is providing both one-to-one and group mentoring to young people in Trinidad and Tobago. This programme aims to provide holistic support to young students throughout the academic year to support them in their personal and social development and enable them to engage with their school studies.
Enterprise Challenge Pakistan
SEED (Pvt) Ltd.
The Enterprise Challenge Pakistan (ECP) is an initiative of Prince’s Trust International in partnership with SEED Ventures.
Through a business simulation game, one-on-one mentorship, coaching and peer support networks, the challenge is designed to give students a better understanding of business models for greater impact and success.
Lehar
Aga Khan Foundation (India)
Project Lehar, a wave of empowerment and self- reliance, embarked on by a team of young girls and women from poor and disadvantaged families in Patna, Bihar and Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh.
The programme works with young women helping them enhance their teambuilding, negotiations, communication skills etc. ensuring that they become more confident.
Get Into
Magic Bus India Foundation
The ‘Get into’ programme is run by Magic Bus India Foundation in collaboration with Prince’s Trust International as an 8-week employer-led programme, aiming to give young people (age 18 to 25), who are work ready but do not have the required skills, the opportunity to develop these skills and experience to enable them to move into a sustainable job in a specific sector of work.
Achieve Malta

The Achieve programme has supported over 1200 young people to reach their potential, since it was first piloted in 2015.
Now the programme is being implemented by independent schools as well as the Catholic Education Secretariat, allowing young people to access the programme in over 50 different formal and non-formal education centres.
Enterprise Jamaica
Jamaica Youth Business Trust
JYBT offers programmes that help young people develop the necessary skills and attitudes they need to become successful entrepreneurs.
After a successful pilot in 2020, JYBT is now delivering ‘Explore Enterprise’ to young people in Jamaica. The programme gives young people the opportunity to learn about the basics of running a business, explore whether self-employment is right for them, and receive technical support with writing a business plan.

Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator
Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator tackles the youth unemployment challenge using data, innovation, strategic partnerships and on-the-ground experience to build pragmatic, implementable solutions that get results. The Problem-Solving for Earning bridge organised by Harambee in partnership with Prince's Trust International aims to support young Rwandans who want to earn for themselves.
Achieve in Serbia
Gypsy Roma Urban Balkan Beats (GRUBB)
The project is a collaboration between Prince’s Trust International and GRUBB to incorporate Achieve modules and methodology into GRUBB After School Clubs in Belgrade and Nis to further the education of the young people to enable integration into the wider Serbian community and eventually access mainstream employment thereby facilitating their long term social integration.

The Enterprise Challenge programme encourages students to explore, demonstrate and develop their understanding of markets and business strategies.
The programme is delivered over the course of about 3 months as an annual national competition that introduces young people aged 13-16 to business entrepreneurship concepts and the best practices in ethical-business strategy development.

TEAM is an intense, 9 week personal and professional development programme to provide second equal chances to the at-risk youths in Malaysia with the end goal of providing them access through three different types of opportunities; Employment, Education, Entrepreneurship

The Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JOHUD)
Team is a tailored personal development programme supporting young people who are not in education, training or employment to take the next step in their lives. Combining outdoor and community challenges with facilitated learning, the programme is designed to help young people grow in confidence, resilience and motivation, develop team-building and communication skills, whilst taking responsibility for their community and futures.
Hustla MBA
Shujaaz Inc.
The Hustla MBA is both an online and face-to-face learning journey, built around young people sharing their own lessons on setting up and growing a business.
Groups of young people come together to watch videos of young entrepreneurs talking about how they started their own businesses and share ideas and solutions in order to move to the next step in their business journey.
Crete Employability
Bizrupt and 100 mentors
December 2019 saw the first PTI employability programmes begin on the island of Crete, starting with Get Into Online Freelance. This was also the first Get Into Freelance programme to be run outside of the UK. The future focus will be engaging young people in interview and CV workshops, the Get Into online freelance programme and the Get Hired live programme.
Tariqi Jordan
Business Development Center (BDC) and LOYAC
Tariqi is based on the Prince’s Trust’s flagship employability programme “Get Into” and is delivered by our two delivery partners, BDC and LOYAC. Tariqi supports 18-27 year-old young people, who are not in education or employment move into a sustainable and desirable employment.
The course aims to build up a young person’s skill set, improve their communication skills, and boost their confidence, ultimately leading them into paid employment.

Junior Achievement Jamaica
Prince’s Trust International is supporting Junior Achievement Jamaica to deliver the Achieve programme in various schools in Jamaica.
The programme is also being delivered in some correctional facilities in Jamaica, reaching over 800 young people since 2020 and set to increase in 2022/23.
Achieve Malaysia
SOLS 24/7 (SOLS Academy of Innovation & Community Centres)
Prince’s Trust International and SOLS 24/7 are working in partnership to deliver Achieve, a programme providing an alternative approach to learning for young people struggling in traditional education.
The programme particularly targets young people from underprivileged backgrounds, with a focus on Orang Asli indigenous communities. The aim of the programme is to support them develop the skills and confidence needed through relevant, engaging and informal learning.

In July 2020, our partners Bizrupt and 100 Mentors launched the first Enterprise Programme, Found It, enabling young people to gain entrepreneurship skills and explore a business idea.

Scouts of Greece Employability Skills workshops
Scouts of Greece
In 2021, we were proud to launch our most recent collaboration across Greece, working with the Scouts of Greece to deliver bespoke employability skills workshops across Greece.
The programme, which is delivered based on a ‘Train the Trainer’ delivery model, has recently finished its first pilot, training 12 experienced Scout leaders to deliver a programme for young people that will enhance their confidence, and bolster their skills when looking look for work and attending interviews.
Enterprise Challenge Ghana
Environment360
In partnership with Environment 360 we are delivering a Green economy focused version of our Enterprise Challenge Programme. Enterprise Challenge is an annual competition for young people aged 11-19 to develop and encourage their entrepreneurial spirit and business knowledge. Teams play a business simulation computer game with support from a local business mentor, which takes them through the stages of setting up and running a successful business.
Get Into, Ghana
Youth Opportunity and Transformation Africa (YOTA)
In partnership with Youth Opportunity and Transformation Africa (YOTA) Prince's Trust International is delivering the Get Into programme, connecting young people with relevant skills into relevant opportunities in sectors of the green economy.
Get Into is a 4–6-week employer-led programme aimed at offering young people employability and vocational training, as well as work placements at employers with vacancies. At the end of the programme, employers decide whether they want to hire any of the participants, and in Ghana more than 60% of participants who went on placement have since been offered roles.
Get Into Hospitality
Africa Management Institute
Building on African Management Institute’s vast experience in training young people in the tourism & hospitality sector, and Prince’s Trust International’s Get Into Hospitality programme, young people will undertake a skills and mindset training before being placed in a three-week on-the-job training with employer partners in Rwanda.
Achieve
Akazi Kanoze Access
Based on Akazi Kanoze Access’ programmes and content on work readiness and entrepreneurship, as well as the Prince’s Trust International Achieve programme, young people will be trained in selected youth centres in and around Kigali, as well as conduct a community project in teams.
