A Decade of Delivery: Our 2025 Impact Report
We are proud to share our 2025 Impact Report, marking ten years of empowering young people around the world.
Founded by His Majesty King Charles III to help tackle the global crisis in youth unemployment, King’s Trust International has worked for a decade to ensure that every young person has the chance to succeed.
Since 2015, we have partnered with over 50 organisations to reach more than 117,000 young people directly and benefit over 140,000 more indirectly, across 25 countries. Together with our global network of partners, we have delivered education, employment and enterprise programmes that empower young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to learn, earn and thrive.
This report shines a light on the transformative impact of our work and the dedication of our partners, many of whom have been with us since the very beginning. It also highlights the urgency of our mission, as young people continue to face the cumulative effects of global crises, from economic uncertainty to conflict and climate change.
Thanks to the strength of these partnerships, young people across the world are gaining the skills, confidence and opportunities they need to build their own futures.
As we celebrate this milestone, we remain focused on an exciting future ahead. Our Generation Potential campaign represents our boldest vision yet: to invest in a generation bursting with ambition and to reach one million more young people over the next decade.
All our work supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those relating to quality education, decent work, gender equality, climate action and partnerships for the goals. We remain committed to amplifying young voices globally and ensuring their needs are at the heart of every decision we make.
With heartfelt thanks to all our partners and supporters who made this incredible work possible, your support is invaluable to the thousands of young people who have been able to fulfil their ambitions.
