Farrukh Khan

Farrukh Khan is the Group CFO at Jazz and part of the senior team leading the growth of digital financial services. Previously, he served as CEO of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX). A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, he also holds a BA (Hons.) in Economics and Finance from the University of Manchester.
With over 30 years of senior management experience, he is a seasoned entrepreneur and a leading business and financial advisor. As founding partner and CEO of BMA Capital Management, he led the firm to become the leading investment banking firm in Pakistan, which received several international awards. He has advised on landmark transactions, including the $2.6 billion acquisition of PTCL and the $813 million GDR offering of OGDCL.
Mr Khan has served on various boards, including as President of the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OICCI), past president of YPO and on the Policy board of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. He was recognized by Euromoney as one of the top 50 global financial leaders under 40. His philanthropic interests include children’s health and education.
